New rules for the NCAA pool at my wife's place of work. To wit:

Each entry--you can do more than one if you wish--will be 5 US dollars (none of that Canadian script, please, Poirier). Also, spouses and friends are welcome to join us. Winnings will be split three ways: 50% to the winner, 25% to the second place finisher, and 25% to the "newmark," which is technically defined as the person who comes in last, but this year it will designate the person who comes in fourth from last.
