My laptop was stolen last week and I remember that one of my first thoughts was not the cost of a new laptop or the lost data.
It was awww crap, now I have to choose between Vista or Mac. I figured I would probably go with a Mac.
I looked at E-Bay to see if I could buy a used XP machine. I also looked at CDW. Low and behold, CDW had dozens of XP machines to choose from.
I am writing this on my new Toshiba, delivered yesterday.
