"Did Wages Reflect Growth in Productivity?"

Martin Feldstein says, "Yes."

(Not that anybody should need more than Feldstein's answer, but here are two other, seemingly independent analyses that reach the same conclusion: James Sherk, Heritage Foundation, "Workers' Compensation Growing with Their Productivity" and  Terry J. Fitzgerald, Minneapolis Fed, "Has Middle America Stagnated?")
