Well, just to be sure, I asked BurgerKing if they washed their trays and they affirmed that they did.
How much are they likely to pay a consultant to supply them with the latest university research saying that trays should be eliminated? Maybe they don't provide 'as-much-food-as-you-can-eat', but want to be paid for even the marginal amounts. Also, I kind of doubt that BK has a food waste problem.
If it weren't for universities, where would our ample supply of non-governmental transparently dumb ideas come from?
