I hope they dust off the 'Path Dependence' meme. I'd hate to have spent all my time reading Liebowitz and Margolis papers for only one anti-trust case.

While anti-trust against Software providers is problematic, I am disgusted by the generally low popularity of Anti-trust legislation.
If we had not totally ignored anti-trust for the last thirty or so years maybe we would not be facing today the specter of financial institutions that are too big to fail.
