I've seen the view in Fes, Morocco. It was pleasant, but I don't remember it being outstanding. Maybe it's just me. I'm not much for 'views'.

I've seen five of his picks, and don't think any of them--the ones in NY, Paris, Florence, London, and the Marin headlands--would make my list of the best views I've ever seen.

Well Eye of the beholder and all that, There is a spot in West Virginia, in the Smokey Mountain Natnl Park that in late October is as beautiful and breathtaking as anything else.
