"Employees are more important than customers". I don't think so.
In my lifetime we have gone from, The customer is always right to, When push comes to shove the customer must defer to management. Somehow they got the idea that they have last bats, so to speak.
The larger the corporation the more they arrogate this right to themselves. They need to realize this only works when and if they have a monopoly.
